Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 17 May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the UK4K IPTV platform (the “Service”), available at uk4kiptv.shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and UK4K IPTV (“we”, “us”, “our”). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
UK4K IPTV operates as a premium SaaS middleware platform that indexes publicly available IPTV streams and presents them through a unified interface. We do not host, store, broadcast, or re‑transmit any audiovisual content on our own servers. Our role is limited to providing a technical directory and playback convenience layer, similar to a search engine. All streams remain on their originating third‑party servers.
3. Service Usage Limits & Multi‑Room Policy
Each subscription line is strictly for single‑device, single‑location use only. The following limitations apply:
- You may stream on one device at a time per active subscription. Simultaneous multi‑room streaming requires separate, individual lines.
- Sharing your login credentials with individuals outside your immediate household is prohibited and will trigger automatic security suspensions.
- Our systems actively monitor for concurrent connections; accounts found in violation may be permanently terminated without refund.
4. Payment, Billing & Auto‑Renewal
All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your designated payment method for recurring fees. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate billing information. Failed payments may result in immediate service interruption. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice; price changes will not affect an already paid‑for subscription period.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Restreaming, rebroadcasting, or otherwise redistributing any stream indexed by our platform.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing your subscription with third parties.
- Using VPNs, proxies, or other geo‑masking tools to circumvent regional access policies.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary Anti‑Freeze™ algorithms and middleware code.
- Any activity that violates UK law, including but not limited to the Fraud Act 2006 and the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
Violation of any prohibited activity clause will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
The UK4K IPTV brand name, logo, Anti‑Freeze™ technology, website design, and all proprietary software components are the exclusive intellectual property of UK4K IPTV. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, UK4K IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, streaming interruptions, or incompatibility with specific devices. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
